Mini Yoga Warriors after-school club
This session runs as an after-school club format and it is designed to help the children develop their mindfulness and concentration skills not only trough exercise but also breathing and discovering mindfulness.
The typical session starts with some gentle stretching following the practice of Yoga Asanas (poses) all through themed games with the goal of keeping their interest alive, the children then slow down whilst learning calming breathing techniques and mindfulness with the help of peculiar and sensory objects.
*Yoga mats and props are provided for this session.
*Children are required to remove shoes and socks for this session.
*All instructors are qualified and insured Yoga teachers as well as DBS checked.
